A Classic international style innovated by Italian creativity. An hazy golden beer brewed with an Italian Ancient Grain (Cappelli wheat from countryside of Puglia) and Orange Peel. The crisp and fresh aromas of cereals are intriguing and elegant. The sip reveals honey flavors balanced by a nice, soft bitterness and a clean dry finish.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy, floral, hoppy and wheaty as well as pale malty background, notes of orange peel, a touch of lemon, whiffs of chamomile. Taste is initially citrusy fruity, sweet-ish pale and wheaty malty, minimally floral hoppy, notes of orange peel, a touch of chamomile, fading fruitiness, more or less only grainy and metallic flavours remain in the last third. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. Nice composition that sadly runs out of flavour in the last third - bummer!

Bottle at Reggina del Formaggio. Golden body, white head. Citric aroma, orange and flowery notes, ligh herbal, dusty and polleny touches, fairly nice. Lean, soft, dry taste, fairly flowery, going to a bitterish finish. Okay overall, with the spices giving it at times an almost Belgian touch, particularly in the aroma. Not worth the price really, but not gonna complain, solid beer.

Keg at Bella Italia - Luton Airport, airside. Pours clear gold with a tight, creamy pure white head. Serviceable lager, pleasant dry straw, biscuits, mild grassy bitterness and husky grains. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly clean on the finish, more pale grains, hay, nips of lemon peel and grass and biscuity pale malts. Drinks fine.
