Keg at Beer Hawk, Southbank, 18/12/18. Light haze on a yellow pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is citric tinged straw, ligt herb, stale bread. Taste comprises lemon rind, damp straw, herbal notes, floral tinged, yeast flicker, light breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable.

33 cl bottle from Tosano. Yellow color, pale, slight haze, white head, mild persistence. Spicy smell. Aroma of orange peel with spiced aftertaste, wheat, bread, biscuit, lager yeast. Taste is balanced, mild spiced, bready, soft bitterness. Texture a bit dusty, finish medium-short aromatic, semi dry. Nice spiced one.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo e dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui le bollicine sono di grandezza medio-fine. La carbonazione rientra nella media. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è non invadente. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Sul palato si depositano impressioni di miele, pane, cereali e agrumi.
