Draft - Balsamic notes, light barrel and cherry. Dirty brown with a decent white head. Sour balsamic, Big acidic and a nd an long acidic berry Gary malt finish. Finish is much too balsamic to be balanced.

Draft at Acido Acida, in Ferrara, Italy. Pours hazy dark brown with no foam. Aroma is malty, caramel, coke-like. Body is average with practically no carbonation. Taste is intensely sour, acetic, matched with some initial sweetness. Finish is long and sour.

At Luppolo Station, Rome-Italy. Pours dark brown/black color, ivory head with retention and drafts. Nose: wet wood, brandy, prunes jam. Amazing. Mouth: terrific! Some roasted coffee, sharpness, a bit watery with a dry sour finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Handpump @Luppolo Station (Rome). Pours brown with a minimal off-white head. Aroma is complex, vinous, red fruits, roasted notes, nocino, light vinegar, oak. Flavour is light sweet with a medium bitter end, light vinegar. Medium body, light carbonation. Interesting beer!
