Ispirata alle birre Belghe della tradizione, leggera, dissetante e molto gustosa. Aromatizzata con coriandolo e buccia d’arancio, risulta essere molto profumata e saporita.
Si tratta della prima birra prodotta dal birrificio, la ricetta che più ci ha fatto sudare, quella a cui abbiamo dedicato più tempo. Un bel lievito affamato fa si che questa birra risulti secca, con aromi e gusti pepati e speziati. Leggermente amarognola sul finale. Bella divertente!

On tap at Bounty Pub Trieste, shared with hrabren. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, yeasty and fruity nose. Yeasty, spicy, herbal and touch of coriander with bitterish finish.

On tap at Bounty Pub, Trieste. Clear golden, small to medium creamy white head. Aroma is malty, honey, citrusy, corriander. Smooth, sweet. Medium body. Honey and malts flavour, spices, esters, ripe apple, some citrus. Minimal bitterness. Light finish.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear light medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, citrus, herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, citrus, herbs, fruity yeast, pale malt, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191102]

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent, gold, with minimum foam, white and fine. Aroma is citrus and saison yeasts. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter with a hint of sour. Finish is enjoyable while of average length.

Draft - Floral honey notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Slightly sweet and almost tea like with an almost floral honey finish. A bit sweet and flabby for my taste.
