On tap at Wander, pours a hazy tint red with a small pink head. Aroma is intensely tart, with loads of citrus tang, light lacto, and biscuity notes. Flavour is really sour, with lots of tart citrus tang, lacto, and cereal notes. Tangy and yogurty. Pleasant.

Bottle - Light soured funk and sweat. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Soured funk, light cheese and a clean finish.

Hazy and quite pale. This definitely has some pedio. It was a gusher, so there's that. Some yeasty and woody notes. Quite tart - lots of lactic, bit wheaty. I don't get enough of the oak, but I do get probably a little bit too much lactic.
