Poured from the tap @ Iron Road. Clear blonde gold with small white head. Lots of tropical notes, mild sourness, touch of brett. Very feint hint of band aid on the finish, but barely noticeable. Okay.

Great tart yeast funk on the nose though simple, has soft clear yellow body with little foam. Flavour is mellow tartness, good citrus but no real character. Mouthfeel is full and smooth. This is nice but could be more distinct.

On tap at Iron Road, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium funk, some lacto, tart fruits, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is very clean, with a nice interplay of funk, lacto, gentle tartness, and rustic saison yeast. The citra rounds this off gently. Really solid.

Hazy very pale. Has a nice very fresh berryish note, good little brett note. On the palate, it doesn’t flow as well. Ok, good balanced tartness.

Draft - Soured Funky Brett. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Soured lemon, grass and funk. Solid.
