Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, as Foudre IPA
Cloudy amber colour with compact head. It has some fruit character, some funk, but very strong Brett character which also leads to a dominant final astringency.
It's a bit woody and harsh, a bit dirty, but it's also a beer with a lot of character. Very good.

Light amber, thin head. Bubbly head. Light brett C taste, it's got some stale notes, a bit still and toasted.

On tap at Farmhouse Festival 2018, pours a cloudy opaque amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out harsh brett yeast, with citrus and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright saison yeast, harsh brett, and fresh spicy dough. Not very good and rather harsh, but it's okay.
