473 ml can. Pours a dull amber with full head. Aromas of ginger, floral Belgian hops and doughy malts. Flavors follow same with additional muted orange. Dry malty and bitter finish. Quite nice.

Draught at Parallel 49, Vancouver
Hazy golden colour with creamy head. Mild aroma of manure, dank, cloves. Dry and smooth mouthfeel, spicy, strong basil character, peppery, minty, with some vegetable bitterness in the finish, maybe some hot kick from the ginger.
Orange ginger and Saison don't seem prominent here.
Weird result.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright fresh ginger upfront, complemented and tempted by the orange, with subdued saison yeast noticeable. Flavour is more muddled, with earthy ginger and faded orange. The saison yeast isn't allowed to shine much. A bit dull and lacking depth. Not so good.
