[500ml bottle from Alfred the Grape, Marlow] Chestnut with a large wonโt-fit-in-my-glass head and a frothy mouthfeel. Rich chocolate and muscovado sugar up front, with autumn leaves and woodland mulch to follow. Walnuts in the slightly oily finish. A (slightly) richer version of the original which suffers from being bottled - think like most UK-style beers this would be much better on cask. Nevertheless, itโs pleasant enough and well balanced.
