Our collab with Virtuous Pie uses their pizza flour in the kettle, giving this IPA a bright hazy profile. El Dorado was used in the dry hop, giving it a citrus and pineapple aroma. There’s a slight bitterness that’s balanced by juicy sweetness due, in part, by the pizza flour. No fruit was added, just hops.

Very nice strong foam, cloudy yellow body, hoppy pineapple on the nose. Flavour is chewy sugar, soft pineapple, heavy sweet hops. Full enough on the mouth. A bit lacking in finesse, a bit overbearing.

473mL can, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a medium white head and tons of chunky sediment. Nose is full of oranges, grapefuit peel, piney hops, some resins, and caramel biscuity malt. Flavour is full of oranges and grapefruit, with piney hops, resins, and some gentle sweet malt. Pungent bitterness from both the hops and grapefruit peel. Really nice stuff.

Tall can from Legacy LRS. Packaged 2018-05-18. Pours a hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruits with some malty notes. Similar taste with some herbal difference. Maybe it's old. It's just ok.

Can from Legacy LRS, Vancouver
Cloudy blond colour. Delicate aroma of candied pineapple, pineapple syrup, pale malt. Smooth mouthfeel, gentle carbonation; the malt base is light, with moderate sweetness, light pineapple juiciness, sweet orange juice, ordinary bitterness, a bit piney indeed, and ends with a bit of bitter orange peel.
Solid modern IPA.

Can, Legacy. Hazy and luminous, with a thin head. The nose is fruity, maybe a touch of pineapple, and a bit yeasty. Has a moderate bitterness, hops with a slight tropical note, The hops aren't super bright, but otherwise the balance is good.

Can - Citrus and pineapple. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Citrus, light vanilla and pineapple. Bready and light sweetness. Decent.
