Cask at In De Wildeman. Pours hazy orange with a small bubbly off white head. Aroma is light, toffee, mainly the wood, a touch fruity in the background. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter, with the wood coming strongly out and lingering long in the finish. Light to medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Cask @ In De Wildeman. Amber color, slightly hazy. No head. Aroma’s: vegetables, red fruit, retronasal it’s sweet, red fruit, (oak) wood, a bit smoked and whisky-ish. Flavor is light sweet, a bit smoky, slightly acidic. Medium bodied. Finishes rather dry & bitter. OK, but not completely satisfying.
