750ml bottle. Smooth, slightly tart and sourish with some peaches, cherries and funky farmyardy notes. Pretty good.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head. The aroma is strong oak, floral, cherry, funk. Thin body, tart cherry, floral, oak, light funk, enjoyed this.

Light tan. A bit muddy. Earthy lambicy, the persimmon character is beautiful, atop of lambicy earthy leathery stuff. Pretty fun.

On cask at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours an opaque golden orange with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lots of tart persimmon, with lots of wild funk and wood. Flavour is along the same lines, with persimmon, moderate acidity and wood. Acidic and pleasant tart. Very good.

Draft - Funky and some sulphur. Cloudy orange with no head. Bright persimmon and an acidic bite.
