Okay gold and little foam. Smells of cheese funk, perhaps blue or maybe rochefort, a little apple sweetness and a bit of barnside wood beams. Flavour is earthy funk, blue cheese notes, acidic apple and burlap. Nice full dry mouthfeel with lingering tannins and wood. Very nice, funky cider flavours I don't normally see.

Bottle - Funky nice apples with some barnhouse. Clear gold with a small white head. Light sourness, funk and a fruity sweetness in the finish. Pretty solid.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Hazy, blond colour. Mild Aroma of apples, dry mouthfeel, very simple apple flavour, touch of lemon acidity, astringent final.
Basic BC cider, one more.

Touch of haze. Light yellow. Mellow apple. Has a light, balanced apple taste. Clean, juicy, tasty.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, light apples, and dry apple skins. Flavour is medium sweet, with a decent wild yeast character, apple skins and medium sweet green apples. The wild yeast adds a nice element. Solid stuff.
