This hazy brew showcases yeast, with Golding hops providing flowery notes. Wheat and Münich malt give it a nose of fruit and spice.

Draft - Orange and some Belgian yeasty notes. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Light citrus and lots of yeasty esters. Some stone fruit and a clean finish.

Draught at the brewery
Murky blond color.
It’s not even a Saison, I’m laughing…
The closest thing that comes to mind is a fresh, bready and simple Hefeweizen, and by bready I mean that is has too much yeast and wheat in suspension; very low bitterness
.Please guys, go buy a Saison Dupont before brewing this again.
Said so, although poorly executed, it’s not a terrible beer.

On tap at GCBF 2016, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subdued, with light cereal malt, saison yeast and light fruity esters. Flavour isn't very authentic, with earthy yeasty notes and dry biscuity malt. Not really much saison quality to this. Not sure what they were going for here. No good.

Cloudy and pale. Not much head. Some yeasty note, light coriander. Has a vague spice, quite sweet, touch of pedio. Thin finish. Not coming together. And I get no Miami character at all...total misnomer.
