Light clear yellow body and modest foam. Aroma is good white wine, vinegar, soft foeder notes. Taste is good sour wine funk, lemony grain, ending with a dry finish. Rather thin but its heart is in the right place.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of oak upfront, with some white wine barrels, and some subtle wild yeast. Flavour reveals lots of wild yeast upfront, with plenty of funky critters, white wine barrels, and oak. Nicely structured, with a dry, oaky, wild yeast finish.

Bottle - Nice light funk, lemon and some peach. Clearish light yellow gold with a small white head. Soured lemon, peach and a weird funk.

Hazy, tan. Light brett, touch of gooseberry and green grapes. Tart, barrely, some vinous notes, woody. This is nice and funky...more funky than balanced or refined, but I like it.

Taster at the brewery with Alex. Pours a bit hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity with lots of barrel notes, nice. Taste is moderately to high acidic with some slight nail polisher notes. Quite good, but I would prefer less acidity.

2020-04-11, bottle, 2 years old, 7-4-8-4-16=39
Lively but not gushing, blond, clear. It's bone dry, with strong oak notes, moderate acidity but that blends in, some funk. Soft tannins in the finish.
Excellent.

Given some time, and maybe the bottle conditioning, this one developed very well. Very nice aroma, peach jam, pineapple, little funk. Lean body, dry but soft; nice blend of funk and caramelized pineapple, moderate acidity.
Very good.

Cloudy blond colour. Strong notes of acetic acid in aroma and flavour, some tannins, some lemon, quite sour but not extreme.
Not much complexity, and very skewed towards the acetic. I hope the bottle will be better.
