According to Mr. Roberts the amazing initial name for this C – Hop beer was too offensive, so we begrudgingly scrapped it. Instead we present to you NarC Roberts.

Opaque, frothy head. Ok, looks like every other Backcountry beer. Fresh berries, grapefruit and a bit of weed. Bitter, citrus, but also yeast bomb. East meets west indeed...though how many west coast breweries still make chewy IPA anymore?

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Murky yellow-orange colour. Nice citrus fruit aroma, sweet oranges. The mouthfeel is too chalky, delicate malt base, some citrus peel but not the juicest hops around. Next to the Hold the Onions, this one is more citrusy and more chalky.
Good but dirty.

Taster at Alibi. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is very fresh, a bit sweet, lots of tropical fruits. Similar taste with citrusy bitterness. Good stuff.
