Tasting at Fiery's Tasting Room; 8.5% ABV
Cloudy blond colour. Nice aroma, white wine barrel, funk. Smooth and bold base, with a nice combination of acidity and stone fruits, then some vinous barrel, and mild tartness in the final; apricots.
Very enjoyable.

Bottle - Buttery, Soured stone fruit. Cloud gold with a decent white head. Buttery and lots of stone fruit notes. Very Belgian esque and Estery, not quite my thing.

Hazy tan, without a bit of a head. Has a sweet pear note up front on the nose, with just a touch of barrel. On the palate, this is sweet and sticky, with some fruity notes, just a touch of brett. Fizzy, a little bit of wood.

A murky blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, coriander, light perfumy notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with banana esters, cloves, coriander, light perfumy notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2016.
