This beer was made by blending tart, mature foeder-aged and wine barrel-aged farmhouse ales and refermenting the blend on NS-grown New York Muscat grape skins (200g/L) from Blomidon Estate Winery (thanks Simon). The result is highly aromatic and complex, yet easy to drink.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a huge white foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry rustic malt notes with light dry Brett notes with some funky floral notes is just about perfect. Taste is a great mix of dry rustic malt notes with some funky Brett notes with a dry hay finish. Body is about average with great carbonation. Love the dry malt base with light spicy undertones and great drinkability with well-balanced Brett notes.

Bottle - Lemon, lime and saline. Cloudy yellow gold with a decent white head. Lime, coconut and some salty notes. Odd and a bit Gose like but with some complexity.
