On tap at Electric Bicycle, pours a clear bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued beets, with lots of mineraly character. Flavour is along the same lines, with more pronounced beet character upfront, and a toasted, grainy malt character. Not the greatest, but it's drinkable.

Bright ruby red colour. Not getting much from the aroma, mild earthy character. Medium body strength, weird light sweetness that reminds me of sweeteners, not exactly beet flavour, but indeed some earthy character, and finishing with pithy bitterness. No, I didn't like it at all.

Draft - Light earthy notes. Ruby clear red with a decent white head. Earthy beets and not much else. I like beets.

Very bright red... the beet juice makes it look more like Kool Aid than pale ale. Thin head. Aroma is a bit fruity. The beet juice, salt and all, is prominent on the palate. Moderate bitterness. Light hop character and some clean pale malts. Definitely more of a beet beer than anything else, especially as the hops aren't that bright.
