Poured from 500mL bottle (thanks Jeremy). Clear-ish deep gold with small white head. Very feint oak, medium tart acidity, background has a hint of wine grapes (comes across a bit more as a white wine character). Decent. I think the age really helped smooth out the acidity.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of grapes, pinot noir barrels, and oak. Flavour is highly acidic, with tons of sharp grapes, balsamic intensity, and oak. Very harsh, acidic as hell, and also acetic as hell. Lacking cohesion or integration. Very difficult to drink. Not impressed.

Bottle - Funky with light petroleum. Cloudy copper orange with a decent white head. Soured Light red malts and a touch of funk.

Pinkish colour. Not much head. The aroma shows a lot of pedio, and some light barrelly notes. Tart, like bracing acidity, with a barrel note, and a light fruity note. More complex on the palate, with a funkier brett note, and the pedio is really dropped off.

Taster at TS with Alex. Pours a hazy pale copper with a weak head. Aroma is lots of grapes and some barrel. Taste is very acidic with lots of grapes but not really good balanced IMO. A bit of nail polisher. Not very pleasant and too acidic.

2018-05-10, tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle, 6-3-6-3-12=30
The aroma is fruity (plums, prunes), but also some ass. Prominent lemony acidity, not much depth, light dough feeling.
Nothing exciting.

Cloudy lifeless orange-amber colour. Very light vinous aroma, sour plums. Very dry, highly carbonated, moderately sour, the beer base doesn't have much to offer, the grape adds some interest; short final, lemony. Light acetic feeling in the finish, and very light doughy yeast.
Ok Sour, nothing complex here.
