This is a spicy session saison that looks to combine the Asian natives Lychee and Yuzu. These fruits leave an interesting and complex residual character that marries with the pepper and soft grainy malt of the base beer. An flavourful low alcohol beer to enjoy on a hot summer day. Citrus, Fruity, Spicy.

At the brewery. Slight haze, blonde. The aroma just has these weird artificial fruits that don’t work. Light and bland palate. Light bitterness, the lychee is hiding and there’s a light, random citrus.

Can - Belgian yeasty notes and some orange. Clear gold with a decent white head. Big orange notes, and very yeast dominant with a bitter finish.
