Baltic Trader is a real heavy weight, Baltic Trader is an extra strong export stout brewed with molasses and three roasted malts, giving fruity flavours with hints of vanilla and roasted coffee, It's like a rich plum pudding in a glass!

Tight foamy & creamy off white head on a dark brown still body & plenty of lacing. Nutty, roasted & vanilla aroma. Full bodied, smooth, oily & clean on the back. Liquorice, plum, demerara, vanilla, marzipan & caramel tastes a bitter finish. This is a meal in itself - Amazing Stout.

750 swing top job. Picked up about a year ago from Bakers and Larner of Holt, Norfolk. The conditioning on these 750s is seriously impressive. Clear deep chestnut brown with a head to swoon over. Rich toffee and light roast malt. Sweet juicy dried fruit. Plump is a word that springs to mind. Plump sweet and fruity. Taste follows suit with a vinous bitterness. Super smooth and silly easy drinking. Fruity bittersweet finish. This is getting solodomed.

Cask at the 30th Chappel Beer Festival. Chosen as the nights finisher. Wasn’t disappointed. Pours almost black with a ruby red tint and a tan colour head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted coffee, vanilla, dark fruits and treacle. Moderate level of sweet and bitter. Full bodied, smooth, soft carbonation. Holds it’s alcohol level well. Very very nice.
