Draft - Date and light toast. Cloudy copper with a rich beige head. Sticky sweet dark sugars, dates and a malty finish.

Dark brown, but a bit dull and hazyy. Still looks gorgeous with a big frothy head - quite appetizing. The aroma is mostly toasty. The palate is too, with a hint of artificial chocolate. Not as complex as the other two.

Draught at the brewpub. Clea rmahogany colour, creamy head. Toast ymalt aroma. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Roasty buttery mid sized malty body. Nutty well controlled malt dominates, the low hop rate gives slight support. Flawless arch-German dunkel with low bitterness.
