Hazy and amber, thick head. Has a tiny bit of bubblegum, sweet and slightly toffeeish malts.

Draft - Dark honey. Deep Amber with a decent beige head. Sweet, honey, cooked Apple and woody caramel. Dark honey is prominent.

Keg at the brewpub. Cloudy nut brown, mid sized head. Caramel aroma. Sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Dusty caramel, pears and salmiak. Really bitter finish. Warming.
