Draft - Light farmhouse and apple. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured Apple and fruit rind with just a touch of acidity. Fruity and weird.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is bone dry, with crisp green apples, champagne yeast and some mustiness. Flavour matches exactly, with lots of drying out champagne-like yeast and bone dry apples. No residual sweetness whatsoever. Solid.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Pale blond color, with no head. The aroma has some apple, very light though; also hints of white wine spilled on the floor of the wine cellar. The mouthfeel is thin and very dry; having attenuated the sugar so much, there are too much chemical notes, plastic, wrong esters; mildly tart.
Classic failed North American cider.

Draught @ Dageraad. Yellow, big apple juice nose. Juicy but then with a sharp acidity. Light, thin and quite tart...no nuance though.
