Single hop US Columbus
Dry hop

BOTTLE 33CL from dEnk (thanks, Colin!)
Look: golden-amber and hazy with a huge off-white creamy head with good retention.
Aroma: a nice balance of malt and hops, „Belgian” yeast, quite hoppy with notes of notes of fruit (grapes, berries?) as well as woody notes. Some honey as it warms up.
Taste: some fruit/sweetenss, moderate hop bitterness, some Belgian spice.
The only let down is that the body is bit light in the middle. Nice hoppy tripel otherwise.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy medium amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is all dry yeast. The flavour is strong bitter with a big yeast alcohol liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Rather nice but not really enough flavours and too tradiotional.

The aroma is a bit stale and cheesy. Luckily it does not spoil the flavour too much. Flavour has some bitter citrus peel and is fresher and less sweet than a typical Tripel.

Golden colour, white head. Aroma of nail polish, hops, malts and light honey. Hop bitter flavour, citrus, American hops, light honey and apricot. Finish hops, citrus and malts.
Lovely beer, the nose initially leads you a bit in the wrong direction, but the beer corrects itself wonderfully.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Fruity, spicy nose with some lingering alcohol. Farly solid body, fruity yet with a massive hop boost that leaves a very bitter finish bordering astringent. 260911
