500ml bottle from High Point. Pours an opaque murky golden with a white head. Aroma is funky, fruity, barrel and brett notes. Taste is more simple, funky, quite carbonated and acidic with some barrel notes. I wish this would be less acidic and more balanced. It is just not bad.

500L bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out light oak, a hint of wild yeast and fermented out honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with subdued honey, oak, and wild yeast. Somewhat acetic and somewhat acidic. Not overly complex. Solid.

Cloudy, no head, light tan. Yeasty, oaky, with light pedio and brett. On the palate, a lot of the same, with brett and wood up front, pale malts, and a soft honeyish note. Good. Finishes with a fair bit of tartness.

2020-04-12, bottle, 2 years old, 7-4-7-3-15=36
Golden colour, hazy, well carbonated but not gushing, forming a large head, with short retention. Initially there is some footy smeel, it dissipates quickly; sour elements, Brett, light funk, very light grapes. The mouthfeel is dry, quite sour, and astringent, a bit of lemonand lemon peel, but overall not very complex.

Cloudy golden color. Wonderful aroma, barrels, manure, wine, some sourness, funky traits. The acidity is quite prominent, tart plums, white wine, and then strong wood feeling, light cheesy touch too. Edgy, very good.
