Little bit of haze and a proper bubbly cask head. Has a light piney hop note. Soft and sweet, with a light pineapple accent and a little bit of chewiness.

Cask - Mango and tropical notes. Hazy gold with a small white head. Tropical and citrus with a nice bitterness.

Cask at Alibi Room, Vancouver, dry hopped with Mosaic
Cloudy amber color with large frothy head. Balanced IPA, with good malt profile, some yeast character, strong animal hops (the Mosaic) and a light fruity touch (the pineapple).
Strong offering.

On cask at Yaletown, pours a cloudy opaque golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out loads of dry piney hops, light tropical fruits, and just enough malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of piney hops, light tropical fruits, and dry biscuity malt to back. Excellent stuff - even better than the base beer.
