A collaboration with Modern Times, this Super Saison is a twin bill of creativity and craft. Brewed with Vienna malt and Denali hops, it was fermented with our house yeast then and then aged in Pinot Noir oak barrels with Modern Times's own mixed culture.

Hazy light tan. Thin head. The aroma is bretty and yeasty. Bretty, has a nice yeasty note, fruity. Nice bretty yeast note, touch of hop, and a bit of fruitiness.

Bottle - Funky, light aspirin and a touch of wood. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light soured funk, candied lemon peel and a nice finish. Solid.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is unusual, with brett yeast, some floral notes, and an odd vanilla character. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of wild yeast, and a hint of floral dry hopping. Lots of wild yeast, with a floral finish. Very nice.
