(Bottle) cloudy, intense peach color with a tall, creeping white head; aroma of tartness, strawberry compote, ink; lightly tart flavor with a long, light tart and bitter finish

375 c&c from Corti Bros. Cork removed and strawberry wafts from the bottle. Pours translucent gold with an enduring creamy near/off white head. Aroma is strawberry followed by oak/funk followed by strawberry. Med body or so. Flavor is oak/funk/Brett/lacto. Rather tart. Suddenly I realized there are strawberries too, but the attention getting thing is the little beasties' effluvia. Interesting. Tasty too. (Batch 2 - bottled 0119).

Bottle - Bandaid and strawberry. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Strawberry and a touch of bandaid. Lots of berry but too many plastic notes that just ruin it for me.

Hazy, reddish-amber. Not much head. This has a lot of band-aidy phenols, and if you get underneath of that you will find the strawberries. On the palate, there is a fair bit of sweet strawberry, a decent tartness. The phenols are downplayed on the palate. So in that sense, it's not as bad as I expected from the aroma.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma is complex, with lots of wild yeast, strawberries, and wooden oak. Flavour is woody, wild and fruity, with lots of tart, fresh strawberries upfront, followed by wood and wild yeast. Nicely balanced, with a nice finish of wild yeast and wood. Very good.

This one hit the spot. Thanks douglas88! Enjoyed during OT of Celtics Wizards game after the super bowl loss I’d like to thanks the Celtics and Bruins for playing well sulking the pain. Anyways...pours a muddled peach pink. Wonderful nose of fresh strawberries and wood. Tastes of strawberry so fresh and not artificial, oak, vino, cherry, lemongrass. Decently tart. Tannic. Very good.

375 ml bottle, batch one. Pours a orange hue with a medium white head. A big sour oak and strawberry nose. The flavor is sharp lactic notes, bigger oak, tannins, fresh sweet clear strawberries. Very flavorful. Lovely sour. A bit of funky notes but clear lactic sourness. Awesome.
