This is actually the highest dry-hopping rate we’ve used, at over 2.6kgs per hectolitre. If you prefer less classy measurement systems that is around 6.5lbs per barrel 🤓. More importantly it tastes like every part of an 🍊 . All Hail Citra.

Magus, Citra, tsitrus, apelsinid, laktoos, greibikoor, lõpus on mõnusalt kuivust ka. Alkoholi katab hästi. Natsa liiga magus, aga muidu täitsa kohe iselibisev.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy bright yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of intense citrusy hops notes with some light tangerine notes and residual sugar notes. Taste is also a nice mix of intense hoppy floral undertones with some light tangerine notes and residual sugar notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Solid NEIPA with plenty of hops notes and well balanced residual sugar level.

16 oz can poured, gifted by Ferris, and shared with the entire Seattle crew!!! Thanks for bringing this one, Ferris. Glowing golden orange pour, active fizz head. Grainy aroma, some citrus hop impressions. Cream body, lemon and orange fruit, some grapefruit. All really creamy and juicy. Has a slight peach impression as well, so I'm surprised this is a Citra solo effort. Sneaky bitter, but refreshing and very tasty. Enjoyed this.

2021-02-11, can from the brewery, 8-3-8-3-16=38
Murky yellow colour. The aroma is potent, mostly sweet orange. There is very little sweetness (apparently less than other Superflux IIPAs), the body is mainly supported by the creamy grains, oats, unfortunately this also means that there is some chalk; the hop is citrusy in the front, peel, bitter grapefruit, but it tends to have a bit of hop burn in the finish, chewy hop residue.
Very good per se, not the world class tier that Superflux has reached sometimes, not being very clean.

Murky yellow color, generous head. Fantastic citrusy aroma, pungent and fresh, touch of lemon custard. Lean and dry mouthfeel, a bit chalky but forgivable, with excellent zesty hopping; a bit of astringency in the final makes up for more bitterness than most Juicy IPAs.
Wonderful.

Murky yellow color, it looks filthy, it was canned just 2 days ago so it hasn't settled down yet. Citrus aroma, not very pungent or defined, with some milk. Lean base, delicate malts, a bit too much flour-y, with good Citra, zesty, but the base clashes a bit, it doesn't allow to the hop to shine.
To date, much less impressive than the previous versions. I'll wait before drinking more of this.

2018-Feb-15. Tall can shared with wife. Canned on 2018-01-27. Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Aroma is a bit harsh with tropical fruit notes and some tooth paste like freshness as well as some dirty notes. Similar taste. Kind of last wave of the hazy IPAs, similar to some stuff from Vermont, however not that balanced. Maybe it needs some more time? 7-4-7-3-14=35 2021-Feb-21. 16oz from the brewery @ home. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: tropical fruits with lots of different citruses, very juicy. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: whoa, awesome one, the best DIPA from Superflux for me. 8-4-9-4-16=41

Very pale, bright citra, big citra taste, fruity, solid pale malt, and orange and lychee. Heavy on the lupulin powder, but still nice.

473mL can, pours a cloudy peachy yellow with a small white head. Nose is massively juicy, with loads of tropical stone fruits, piney hops, light citrus, and biscuity malt. Flavour is massively juicy, with truckloads of tropical stone fruits, some pith, juicy piney hops, and biscuity malt. So damn juicy and wonderfully balanced, with no residual bitterness. Excellent.
