Draught at the brewery
Black color with persistent beige head. Good roasted malt and rye bread base, dry and with good body structure; some dark chocolate, a bit salty, maybe biscuity hints, but not clearly maple. Balanced.
Good Porter.

On tap at Bridge, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light salt, moderate maple and toasted malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice interplay of maple and salt, with a solid toasted malt backbone. Fairly dry despite the maple being fairly prominent. Cohesive and very drinkable. Solid.
