Draft - Dark chocolate and roast. Jet black with a decent beige head. Dark roast and chocolate notes.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at Structures, pours black with small tan head. Aroma is robust, with roasted malt, light earth and a hint of dry cocoa. Flavour follows through, with lots of earthy roasted malt upfront. Palate is bone dry, with a somewhat harsh bitter finish. Very good.
