The colous seems more dark brown than black. Moderate aroma of roasted malt, light mint, cookies; I'm thinking of shaving cream. Medium body strength, some roasted malt and chocolate, but without the depth of an Imperial Stout, also it has quite a lot of booze; mild liquorice and mint; the final is even drier.
Ok beer, kind of weird, I wouldn't drink much of this.

Dark brown, thin head. Intense aroma, rich liquorice, bitter chocolate, dark fruits, all the good impy stuff. Full body. Excellent. The liquorice stands out for me but Beershine noticed the cardamom more.

Draft - Cardamom and anise. Jet brown with a small beige head. Spiced and almost medicinal and a rich thick finish.
