Draft - Soured Passionfruit Cloudy Yellow with a small white head. Sweet apple, candied dried pineapple and sour Passionfruit. Very candy like.

Slightly hazy light copper and orange coloured body with a large, but ridiculously fast-dying off-white head that shows more of a soda than a beer. Aroma of barf, throw-up, grain, alcohol, funk and fairly unpleasant things, with a touch of fruit-based sugars in the mix, but it takes a stretch to smell those over the barf. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong funky fruit flavours at first with the apples, pears, grain, alcohol and perhaps some oranges and guava around, but no sourness and definitely no passionfruit notes throughout, but no bitterness nor pungency from alcohol or funk noticeable. Aftertaste shows more of a plain apple/pear flavour and sweetness than anything else, but some lighter flavours open up from some funkiness, but not much, and only in a pretty decent/good way. Overall, a nice enough cider, once you can get past the really funky/assertive barf/throw-up scents noticeable up front, but showing some good sweetness and depth, but as typical for the style, no real complexities. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Total Wine in Fairfax, Virginia on 10-September-2017 for US$2,99? sampled at home in Washington on 27-November-2017.

On tap at PDX only listed as Pineapple Passion. Pours a clear yellow color. A big sweet pineapple nose. Light tropical notes, some soft apple sweetness, dry base. Quite sweet and smooth overall.
