A full on USA hop explosion, with Columbus, Williamette, Galaxy & Citra combining beautifully with clear Loch Ness Water & 'Nessie'- our very own yeast strain. Hits of bright gold, with pine & citrus aromas & flavours, balanced by a malty sweetness.

Bottle. Hoppy but bit of spice too. Lemon, bit of skunk. Strange. My least favourite of the 5 we had.

(Bottle0 Clear, dark golden beer with a thin, white head. Slightly sour fruit and hop aroma. Sharp, slightly sweet citrus taste, aftertaste is a bit drier and hoppier. Not bad.
