Hazy medium brown body and okay foam. Soft brett yeast on maltiness, chewy biscuit, pretty good. Taste is chewy cereal and malt, soft grain spiciness, ending smooth and a little dry. Alcohol invisible, yet somehow a little wet. Lots of good things going for it but I do see room for improvement.

Bottle at Matt's
Cloudy dark amber color. Esters and anise aroma, christmas cookies. The body is medium, no malt depth, too much anise, and astringent final, swamp water.
Dirty and not truly Belgian, not very pleasant.

750ml bottle at Matt's. Pours a murky copper with a white head. Aroma is bretts, roasted malts, and fruity notes. Similar taste with lots of fruity notes. Good.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly funky, with red fruits and fairly heavy brett. Flavour is along the same lines, with heavy barnyard funk, heaps of red fruits, and Belgian yeast. Very funky, with transforms the base beer into a completely different beer. It's now a brett bomb. Good stuff.

Hazy light brown. Fairly thin head. This is quite fruity, fair bit of malt, estery yeast, Fruity, lots of sweet fruit malts, esters, touch of alcohol late. I'm getting the fizziness from too much carbonation but the brett isn't kicking in yet.
