Bottle at Matt's
Cloudy blond color. Nice Brett aroma, strong lemony flevor, strong acidity, grapes, astringent and puckery final. Extreme and not too elegant, but nice.

Hazy, pale. On the nose, this is bright tropical fruit, berries, spices. Good brett character, a touch of sweetness but mostly a lot of fruit. Call it apricots, or some light berries...well it's a nice fruitiness.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy amber orange with a small white head. Nose is loaded with fresh raspberries, followed by wild yeast, and light barrels. Flavour is quite tart, with lots of acidic raspberries, light brett, and a little oak. Fruity, acidic and quite tart. Not complex and a bit too acidic. It's not bad, but leaves something to be desired.
