Bottle - Acetone and some acidic apple. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Effervescent Apple and some tart tannic peel. Touch harsh.

En cask au Mondial 2016. Couleur orangée trouble, grosses bulles sur les parois du verre. Arôme fermier, pelure de pomme, pomme fraiche. Goût de pomme fraiche, bonne acidité, fermier, légère astringence. Absence de carbonatation, corps moyen. Grande buvabilité.
