Biggish white head. Hazy pale yellow body. Mealy herbal perfumy aroma, kind of dense. Dryish mealy fruity herbal taste with soapy perfumy notes. Light body. Mild mouthfeel. Dryish mealy herbal coriander aftertaste with fruity citric notes. Nice, drinkable, a bit dense to be really refreshing in this heat, though, but that’s in keeping with the name. Unremarkable, really. Lots of taste in the bottom sludge, which gives more character, and raised the rating. (0.33l bottle, de Biertempel, Brugge.)

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a creamy and chalk white head. Classic belgian wit aroma of orangepeel, coriander, wheat and yeast - but also slight milky sour. Smooth flavour, again with a light milky acidity. Lingering fruity and refreshing. Lasting sour/citric and mild spiced finish. Quite nice.

Bottle. Very sour lemon/acidic aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color with moderate head. Sour milk and lemon juice flavor. A poor beer - no typical witbier flavors.

Bottle at the Delirium Pub in Brussels. Dark gold color with a fine white head. Aromas of wheat, lemon and floral. Medium body with soft carbonation. Not a typical wit. Malt is stronger, spice is lighter. Drinks like a strong blonde more than a wit. Nice lacing. Fairly dry finish.

Hazy yellow color, small creamy white head. Coriander and grainy wheat dominate the aroma. Yeasty coriander-wheaty flavor with hints of orange. A bit sour. Spicey aftertaste. Not very refreshing witbier.

Pours a cloudy yellow colour. Aroma is not pleasant. A bit soapy with an unwelcome sourness to it. In the mouth this feels a little musty and not fresh. Flavous is quite earthy with a light sour aftertaste.
