If history were to judge, we are sure that Nostradamus and Aphrodite would approve of this slightly malty, yet cidery beverage. Many bushels of the fantastically fragrant quince have been pressed and blended to create the latest community sourced project. A slightly tannic and fruity Graff with a medium effervescence

Excellent foam on a stormy cloudy pale straw body. Clean tart quince citrus on the nose, no hops though, and a little too subtle. Flavour is tart citrus, slight grain. Grain lingers and it's a little too wet, no lagery hops or smoothness. Some good elements here nonetheless.

Can. Pale green-gold colour. Thin head. Lots of fruit bursts forth on the nose. Tart, definitely going in a cider direction with this, light body, medium fruit character. Off-dry finish. The tartness is a bit funky but i can overlook it.

473mL can, pours clear dull copper blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very dry and tannic, with lots of dry red apples and earthy notes. Flavour is very dry and tannic, with bone dry red apples, light tartness and a sharp acidity. Simplistic but inoffensive.

Draft - Touch of sour plum. Clear gold with a small white head. Soured plum and some apple notes. Pretty decent for what it is.
