The Vicaris Quinto is a lighter version of the Vicaris Triple. Brewed with the same ingredients, this 5th Vicaris beer in a row is by no means less tasteful. With its light blonde colour, delicate hop bitterness and an alcohol content of only 5%, this beer is the ideal thirst-quencher. The re-fermentation in the bottle may create some minor turbidity, it also ensures solid sparkles and a beautiful creamy head. Quinto or fifth in Italian refers to the fifth Vicaris beer, the alcohol percentage and the Italian brewing plant.

Lys gul klar med hvitt skum. Lukter nøtter, hvete og urter. Lett. Noe syrlighet, mot epler, noe beskhet. Middels lang.

10/10/2015 - 33cl bottle @ Bles Beerhappeninng, Zottegem. Clear golden with quickly fading small head, medium carbonation, wheat, light fruits, light bitter. Definetly a nice thirstquencker but a bit thin compared to Jessenhofke RGLR.

Bottle at Café Lombardo Brussels, Thursday 19th March 2015 Loses a little clarity on the pour, actually let’s not beat about the bush it’s a bit hazy. Gold in colour with foamy white head. Sweet a little corny, soft mouthfeel, not world beater but it’s fine, sadly the five hops are noticeable only by their absence. Spiciness a little yeasty, ok. A6 A3 T6 P4 Ov13 3.2

Tap at de Paas. Clear light golden with big white head. Light spicy, pepper, lemon, lots of herbs, fresh leaves, crispy maltyness. Light sweet with moderate bitter finish. Clean crisp blond beer, not unlike a good pilsner.

Hazy pale golden colour, generous bubbly white head, good retention, good lacing. Fruity aroma, cherry, strawberry, grapefruit, followed by caramel, brown sugar, wheat, citrus, grass, hint of ginger. Mild bitter and light sweet taste, some acidity. Medium body, creamy texture with a bite, mild bitter finish, light sourness, very nice.
