The Vicaris Quinto is a lighter version of the Vicaris Triple. Brewed with the same ingredients, this 5th Vicaris beer in a row is by no means less tasteful. With its light blonde colour, delicate hop bitterness and an alcohol content of only 5%, this beer is the ideal thirst-quencher. The re-fermentation in the bottle may create some minor turbidity, it also ensures solid sparkles and a beautiful creamy head. Quinto or fifth in Italian refers to the fifth Vicaris beer, the alcohol percentage and the Italian brewing plant.

Blonde session ale since 2011 with firm, snow white, regular head and clear light blonde colour, hazy ochre with deposit. Aroma of bread, butter, white pepper, young cheese, grains, grass; neutral onset, grainy and minerally, rounded and supple mouthfeel, grassy hops in the finish, dryish. Just your ordinary abbey-style blonde, correct and quenching.

Bottle shared at home in London with Lloyd - sourced from Ales by Mail. Pours unclear yellow with some creamy white head. The nose has a bit of zesty lemon, citrus peel, light biscuits, hay, melon. Light sweet flavor with pleasant, dry white bread, biscuits, mellow bitter hay, further zesty citrus. Light bodied with lively, spritzy carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, light sourdough bread, straw, lemon rind. Lovely stuff. Highly drinkable.

Ordinary Belgian blond beer. Mildly bitter, with a grainy body, quite a lot of CO2.

Bottle from Beautiful Beers, consumed at home. Yellow/straw, slightly hazy. Lots of carbs and a fairly persistent white head. Aroma of and hay, freshly cooked eggs, flowers, a hit of vanilla. Fruity and sweet initial taste, disappears fairly quickly. A surprising amount of citrusy bitter/sour in the finish. A tasty Belgian beer at a quaffable strength.

Bottled, BB 17/10/15, large sample. Slight hazy yellow to golden color with a huge rocky slight off-white head. Aroma has lots of spicy yeast notes, hint of banana, bit grassy hop, hint of citrus. Bit citrussy bitterness in taste, slight sweet. Quite high on carbonation. Feels like 80% belgian blonde beer with 20% belgian white. Quite refreshing, just the carbonation is a bit too high and makes you burp after just a couple of sips.
