The Vicaris Quinto is a lighter version of the Vicaris Triple. Brewed with the same ingredients, this 5th Vicaris beer in a row is by no means less tasteful. With its light blonde colour, delicate hop bitterness and an alcohol content of only 5%, this beer is the ideal thirst-quencher. The re-fermentation in the bottle may create some minor turbidity, it also ensures solid sparkles and a beautiful creamy head. Quinto or fifth in Italian refers to the fifth Vicaris beer, the alcohol percentage and the Italian brewing plant.

Bottle shared with Deanso. Pours hazy golden with a big bubbly white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, nice and light hoppy rather than typical Belgian yeasty. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus @ weekly tasting. Slightly unclear a bit pale yellow color, medium sized fizzy white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma appears to be a bit sourish and citrussy. Taste slightly malts, a bit citrussy, slightly floral. A bit fizzy carbonation, average body.

Bottled. Deep, cloudy golden color. Tall head. Dry mineral and grass nose, a bit of lemon. Dry hoppy flavor, orange, bread, minerals. Great balance. A little sweet, but then dry, dry, finish and bitter, with grains. Airy body. Love it.

Aroma has soapy citrus, some orange, biscuits and hints of grass. Flavour is refreshing with soapy citrus, some orange, grassy hops and hints of biscuits. Slightly too much CO2 on palate. Nice and refreshing.
