on tap at the source. Hazy yellow pour, big white head.
Very yeasty, citrus oils, lots of cereals. Medium bitterness, yeasty finish. Nothing spectacular, a beginners tripel.

On tap at Shacklands, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite estery, with candied sugar, phenols, and Belgian yeast. Flavour is just disgusting, with phenols and who knows what other off-notes. This is rancid.

Draft - Bready with some light funk. Clearish gold with a rich white head. Soft and light fruity yeasts with a touch of sweetness.

Hazy tan, no head, sweet and lightly fruity, but nothing too crazy. A starter tripel....wouldn’t cut it in quebec.

Not as good for style as some of the others ones by Shacklands. Has a kind of grapefruit rind astringency which is a bit off-setting. Pours cloudy blonde without much head or lacing. Booze, tonic water and a little perfume here. Finishes a little woody astringent. Average carbonation. Tap at volos.
