Bottle from the brewery. Dark brown pour, small beige head. Light cherry, big balsamic aromas. Light brown sugar, and musty malts. The barrel is nowhere to be found and as it warms, whoa!.... This is like drinking vinegar with some light fruit in it. No Thanks. This went from over the top flemish red, to straight vinegar.

A hazed reddish copper brown ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, ground cherries with light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. On tap at Cheshire Cat, Carp.

Bottle - Light cherry and balsamic. Cloudy copper and Amber with a small white head. Soured and light acidic notes. Touch of cherry and barrel notes. Could maybe use some age to soften.
