Draft - Sweet pear skin. Pale gold. Baking spice and nice apple pear notes. Solid.

Bottle at Bellwoods, Toronto
The color is very pale, almost transparent. Very nice aroma, some pear, stewed pears and hazelnuts. The mouthfeel is acidic, a bit beyond expectations; fruity flavor, some apples, with a light presence of hazelnuts; tart finish.
Rough but interesting.
