A beer inspired by our family in Germany who operate a fruit farm named Philaroma. A summer treat, this Berliner Weisse is kettle soured and then aged on organic dark cherries. Crushable tartness balanced by dark cherries. Prost!

Can - Light soured cherry. Clear orange red with almost no head. Light orange and a touch of cherry with a light and typical Berliner finish. Solid.
