This IPA is hopped with a newer technique called Hop Bursting. Using mainly Galaxy Hops its bright citrus flavours are extremely refreshing.

Bottle from The Gull, North Vancouver
Hazy blond color. Nice resiny aroma, dry mouthfeel, crisp, with strong bitterness, some resiny hopping, light fruit, citrus zest, a bit astringent in the final.
Not bad.

Pale colour. On the nose, has a little bit of sulphur, touch of coriander and esters, but also maybe some herbal hops. There's complexity here, though maybe not quality. There's bitterness, but nothing of much on the palate - a bit of fruitiness here, some maltiness there, touch of orange. You know what they're trying to do, but this isn't really executed all that well.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal, skunky, pot-like hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is clean enough, with piney, herbal hops, biscuity malt, and crisp crackery notes. Drinkable enough, with a clean, dry body. Decent.
