473 ml can. Pours a coppery pink. Aromas of ripe cut apples and fruity citrus. Flavors of earthy apples, pears and more fruity citrus. Slightly tart.

Smells of sweet hops and mellow apple, has soft foggy rose body with little foam. Flavour is soft rosé wine and faint tannins, citrus sweetness. Mouthfeel is reasonably crisp and okay. Not bad, a little too subdued.

Draught at Parallel 49, Vancouver
Hazy blond color. That plastic smell of American ciders, the cider base is mild, the residual sweetness is pleasant, the acidity from oranges and the citrusy touch from the Mosaic are very pleasant.
Nice drink.

Bottle - Orange citrus, farmhouse and some artificial orange notes. Cloudy gold. Light orange and some weedy notes and a bitter peel finish.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a cloudy orange with no head. Aroma is loaded with floral dry hopping and a touch of green apple. Flavour is sweet and hoppy, with heaps of green apple, plenty of floral hops, and lots of residual sugar. Not a refined cider by any means: messy, sweet and somewhat abrasive; but it's still fun and drinkable.
